About Me
Cheri Ball
Life Transitions Coach
Hello and thank you for finding me here! It takes
courage to reach out for help and I hope you give me the chance to guide you through the challenges you are facing. Life transitions - such as the loss of a loved one, changing careers, a child coming out as nonbinary, and empty nesting - can be overwhelming. As a life transitions coach, I will partner with you on your journey to a more balanced and authentic life using holistic practices, such as mindfulness, movement, and meditation.
I have a master's degree in Social Work and worked in hospice for several years, which revealed my passion for working in grief and loss. Grief is a natural part of the human experience and coaching allows me to help you explore nonclinical approaches to living with loss.
As the parent of two children in the LGBTQ+ community, I am a fierce advocate for LGBTQ+ youth. I served on the board of a local chapter of
a national LGBTQ+ organization for several years, which gave me the opportunity to facilitate trainings for educators and advocate for students and families.
I currently serve on the board of a state-wide LGBTQ+ organization and continue to volunteer in the community.
In addition to my professional and volunteer experience, I draw on my life experiences as a military brat, spouse, parent, and spiritual seeker to bring a unique approach to everyday and not-so-everyday problems. Are you ready? Then let's take
the next step. Together.
